How can I contact a seller about an order I placed?
The Seller’s contact information will be in your account order history as well as the order confirmation email you received. If you have any trouble contacting a Seller, please email contact@daffodeals.com, and we will help get your questions answered.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
The fastest way to get your questions answered is to contact the Seller directly. Their contact information is provided to you in the order confirmation email you received as well as your Order history in your Customer Account Dashboard. To get to your Dashboard, you need to be logged in. Click on My Account at the top right of the menu. From there, click on Orders and select View on the order you have questions about. There you will find the Sellers contact information. If you need additional assistance email us at contact@daffodeals.com.

What is your return or exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact the Seller within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned unused and in the product’s original packaging. You will be responsible for the return postage. Your refund, excluding any previously paid shipping fees, will be issued as soon as the Seller notifies Daffodeals Customer Support that they have received the returned merchandise. Exchanges may not be available and are only offered at the discretion of the Seller. If the item was damaged or incorrect, the shipping fees will also be refunded. All purchases of health and beauty products, intimate apparel, swimwear, downloadable, edible, and any hygiene-related products, as well as personalized or custom-made items are final and non-refundable. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t change an order after it’s been placed. You can, however, contact the Seller directly to see if they can change the order before it’s shipped. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing if the Seller hasn’t already processed and shipped the item(s). If it has already shipped, please contact the Seller directly to request a refund or an exchange.

What if I put an incorrect shipping address at checkout?
Daffodeals and third-party Sellers are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address. If you realize you put an incorrect shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact the Seller directly. If you need additional assistance, email us at contact@daffodeals.com.

What happens if my order arrives incorrect, damaged, or incomplete?
Items are fulfilled by third-party sellers and if there are any problems with your order, contact the Seller directly. If you need additional assistance, email us at contact@daffodeals.com.

When will I receive my order?
Your item will be shipped directly from the third-party Seller. You can find the estimated shipping time and Seller contact information listed with the deal. Additionally, you will receive an email once your item has been shipped. If you need assistance, please contact us at contact@daffodeals.com.

What if I never received an order confirmation email?
Check your junk email folder as sometimes the spam filters make a mistake. Otherwise, contact us at contact@daffodeals.com, and we can help you.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Do you have a physical store or a local pick up option?
We do not have a store or local pickup. Our Sellers are located all over the country, so your order will be shipped directly to you.
