If the customer is unhappy with their purchase for any reason, they can contact the Seller within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned unused and in the product’s original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return postage. The refund, excluding any previously paid shipping fees, will be issued as soon as the Seller notifies Daffodeals Customer Support that they have received the returned merchandise. Exchanges may not be available and are only offered at the discretion of the Seller. In the event the item arrives damaged or incorrect, the shipping fees will also be refunded if the Seller is unable to provide a replacement. All purchases of health and beauty products, intimate apparel, swimwear, downloadable, edible, and any hygiene-related products, as well as personalized or custom-made items are final and non-refundable.
